We have some simple rules that must be followed to make sure humans and dogs have fun
and stay safe!

1. Please make sure your dogs' toenails are clipped short at least two days prior to running with us. Toenails that are too long can cause injuries to your dog, so please keep them short. If you are not sure about the toenail length, please check with us.

2. Please do not allow male dogs to urinate on our equipment, fencing, and buildings. We will provide a vertical target for the boys.

3. NO aggressive dogs (to humans or other dogs) are allowed, PERIOD. Any dog exhibiting aggression will be asked to leave (sorry, no refunds).

4. NO FEMALE DOGS IN SEASON! We have a number of intact male dogs who run with us, so please wait until your female dogs will not cause a riot (this can mean up to several weeks after visible signs of heat are gone)!

5. All dogs are to be kept well under control. Remember, not every dog likes other dogs. Do not let your dog go nose-to-nose with another dog unless you have permission from their owner/handler.

6. If you bring multiple dogs, you must either have a crate for them or have another adult with you to manage the dog that is not running while you are on the field. No tying dogs to trees, fences, small children, or anything else!

7. Dogs must be managed by an experienced handler at all times. This is for the safety of the humans and the dogs. Not all children have the presence or experience to understand when dogs are posturing or spoiling for a fight. We really do not want any injuries or accidents so please help us out with this!

8. ALL dogs must be kept ON LEASH at all times unless running the lure. This means leash them up BEFORE you let them out of the car. Again, we really do not want any accidents.

9. NO flexi leads, please! They just are not safe and you will not be allowed on the field if you are using one. Please use a standard collar and leash.

10. There are no refunds once the dog enters the field to run but if your dog will not run and you have another dog, you can use the run for the second dog.

11. A signed release must be presented before your dog can run the lure. Releases are available when you sign in at the field or via e-mail.

12. If you have signed up for runs online at our store, please bring the receipt with you.

13. ALL DOGS MUST WARM UP PRIOR TO RUNNING. This means a nice long walk while you are waiting for your turn. Please see our staff if you need assistance.

14. Dogs MUST be taken for a cool down walk right after their runs. There is a minimum cool down time of at least 20 minutes between runs. Running water will be available so you will not need to bring water for your dogs unless you choose to. Kiddie pools will be provided at the grounds on hot days for cooling.

15. Please pick up after your dog. We will have some poop bags available if you forget.

16. We know it is exciting, but it is important that you keep your dogs' barking under control in order not to annoy the neighbors.

17. If you bring children, please keep them under control as well. Children are only allowed on the course if they are accompanied by an adult while any dog is running, so please keep that in mind. If you want to leave them on the sidelines, you will need to have another adult there to watch them.
